Well…almost Free. Last Spring my wife Freddie (short for Frederica) and I (Brian) traveled from Boston to the Maldives on Qatar Airlines in Business Class QSuites for $37 each using points that we earned by signing up for credit cards.

We created PointTourist.com to show you how you too can travel the World in style using credit card points.

Credit card companies solicit your business by offering signup bonuses. By carefully selecting your cards you can travel the World for very little money. We’ll show you how we do it and give you information so you can do it too!

In the Spring of 2019 we had a wonderful 15 hour flight experience from Boston to Doha, Qatar. We enjoyed the 2 acre (yes, 2 acres in size) Business Class Lounge at the Doha airport and boarded another business class flight to Male’ in the Maldives all for $37 per person. (plus points from credit card signups). We arrived well rested and ready for a high speed boat ride to our Island snorkeling adventure.

Qatar Airlines QSuites – Our 15 hour flight was too short!!

The Qatar Airlines QSuite product is amazing. Welcome drinks, hot towels, white tablecloths, excellent food, champagne, wine and drinks, attentive service, widescreen entertainment systems, noise cancelling headphones, pajamas and slippers, seats that become fully lie down beds, privacy panels. If two are traveling together the center privacy panel drops down and the area becomes a double bed. The aisle side privacy panels create an apartment for undisturbed sleeping. We really enjoyed QSuites!

The Business Class Lounge in Doha:

We decided to spend our long layover in the huge Qatar Business Lounge: quiet resting areas, restaurants, game rooms, deserts, storage lockers. Then in the morning we continued on Qatar Airlines Business class to Male’.

We arrived rested in Male’ and were met by a representative from our hotel who directed us to the high speed boat to the Local’s Island of Hkulhas.

Our travel continued (Business Class of course … all on Points!) to Sri Lanka, Jordan (Amman and of course Petra), Athens, Santorini, Dubrovnik, Mostar, Sarajevo, Belgrade, Osijek, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Istanbul and a return to Boston 6 weeks later.

Use the quick link to the right side of this page or upper left “Earning Chase Ultimate Reward Points” to see how you can easily earn enough points to create your own Business Class travel adventure using points.
